DIS+ App is the inclusive referencing engine of the DIS+ ecosystem, a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers companies and professionals:
- Creation and management of customizable digital business cards;
- Automated generation of websites by artificial intelligence;
- Integrated video conferencing features;
- A directory of professional profiles and stores;
- Customer communication tools and digitalization solutions for businesses and professionals.
Article 4 — Intellectual property
4.1 Rights to website content
The DIS+ App website, its general structure, as well as all texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos, computer applications, animations, source codes, brands, logos and other elements composing the site are the exclusive property of Today's Internat Business or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, distortion, total or partial, of the site or its content, by any process, and on any medium is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Today's Internat Business. Any unauthorized exploitation of the site or its content would constitute counterfeiting, sanctioned by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
4.2 Trademarks
The brands "DIS+", "DIS+ App", "TIB Virtual", "DUW Wallet" and all associated logos are registered trademarks (or pending registration) belonging to Today's Internat Business. Any unauthorized reproduction of these brands constitutes counterfeiting punishable by criminal sanctions.
4.3 Hyperlinks
The creation of hyperlinks to the DIS+ App website is authorized subject to:
- Not infringing on the image or reputation of Today's Internat Business;
- Not creating confusion about the origin of the content;
- Clearly indicating the source via a direct link.
Hyperlinks established from DIS+ App to other sites do not engage the responsibility of Today's Internat Business in any way regarding the content of these sites.
Article 5 — Liability
5.1 Published information
The information contained on the DIS+ App website is provided for information purposes. Today's Internat Business makes every effort to ensure its accuracy and update, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
